30-Days Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, we will process your return and exchange request. Any requests after 30 days will not be honored. Be sure to contact us by Embroinow.com
Return and exchange conditions
● Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
● Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
● All items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unworn, with tags and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
● When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
● Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
● Damage/loss caused by customers is not refundable.
General returns process
● Initiate a return: please email us at Embroinow.com
with photos and/or videos of the items and tell us your order number. Our customer service will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 working days.
● Return the item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend sending your return/exchange via a shipping method that provides tracking information as well as a signature, as we will not be responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
● Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return fees
●If the return is due to our problems (such as product quality problems), we will partially refund you, up to 70%, depending on the specific circumstances.
● If the return is due to buyer problem (for example: I don't like/don't want the item, I ordered wrong product/wrong size), buyer should pay the shipping costs. return fees.
● No restocking fees to be charged to consumers for returning a product.
Refunds
● Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
● If you have not received the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially released. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Order cancellations
● We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is completed and the package is not shipped, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. And we will refund your money in full.
● Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
